Title
Postpone the Review and Recommendation of the Northfield Depot Reassessed as a Local Heritage Preservation Site until after the Heritage Preservation Commission has Reviewed.

The formal action requested by the Planning Commission will be sent in a supplemental memo.
Summary Report:
The Planning Commission (PC) is being asked to postpone their review until the Minnesota State Historic Preservation Office (SHPO) has submitted their feedback/comment on the reassessment of the Northfield Depot as a local heritage preservation site. The MN SHPO is allotted 60 days to return their feedback to the City and were notified of the designation request on January 4, 2021. After SHPO’s comments are received, this item would go to the Heritage Preservation Commission (HPC), the PC and finally the City Council for final decision. The HPC and PC make a recommendation to Council.
