Action Requested:
The Northfield Park and Recreation Advisory Board discusses the shelter assessments at Oddfellows, Spring Creek, Riverside/Lions, Babcock and Sechler parks.
Summary Report:
Mark Hayes, ATS&R completed the shelter/building assessments. The plans show existing conditions, making ADA improvements and adding additional sinks and toilets. The associated costs are attached as well. Staff is looking to prioritize the shelter/building improvements.
