This update includes items not included as agenda items for this meeting.
• The City Wide Paper Shred event was held Saturday April 22nd . Approximately 100 cars stop by the event and over 5000lbs of paper were shredded.
• City Administrator Ben Martig has signed off on the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Xcel for a second round of Partners in Energy for the city. Planning and coordination for the workshops are currently underway between City staff and Xcel Representatives.
• As summer quickly approaches Commissioner are asked to inform staff if they foresee any absences at future EQC meeting. Please notify me at least 24 hours in advance if you will be missing a Commission meeting.
