HRA to receive into record 1st Half Report of Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Fiscal Year (FY) 2022-2023.

Residential Rehab
Mobile Home Rehab loans, Aging in Place grants, and Single Family Rehab loans were all administered from this line item.
Mobile Home Rehab Loan- $0 unassigned CDBG funds remaining. Staff is working with an applicant family.
Aging in Place Grant- $0 is available. Six (6) projects were completed in 2022. The last project will be completed spring 2023.
Single Family Rehab Loan- $0 is available to new applicants. Nine (9) projects were completed in 2022. The last project will be completed spring 2023.
Down Payment Assistance- In total $80,640 ($36,179 from Levy and $44,461 from CDBG) is available for Down Payment Assistance. Currently working with a family who is working with a Realtor and Loan Officer.
Public Facilities - Park Improvement- This has been a deleted program. The funds originally assigned to this line ($29,461) was transferred to down payment assistance.
