Consider Adopting the 2022 / Payable 2023 Tax Levy.

Action Requested:
The Northfield City Council adopts the attached Resolution approving a final levy for the City of Northfield.
Summary Report:
A final levy resolution for a $14,048,122 city-wide levy, which includes the EDA and HRA levies is attached. Details are included in the budget hearing information.
Alternative Options:
This is the same as the preliminary levy set on September 20th, 2022. The proposed city-levy was also discussed at the Council meeting on November 22nd and other meetings prior.
Financial Impacts:
Included in budget presentation and past meetings.
Tentative Timelines:
The final levy must be passed in December for remittance to the County.
