Summary Report:
1. Staff will give a brief presentation on the proposed Neighborhood-Center Floating District text amendment.
2. The Holiday Social and Appreciation Event will be on Tuesday, December 13th from 5:00pm-7:00pm at Reunion.
3. Minnesota Alliance of Local History Museums is accepting nominations for the 2023 Minnesota History Awards. Nominations are due January 13, 2023. Learn more at: <https://www.mnhistoryalliance.org/history-awards.html>.
4. The Minnesota State Historic Preservation Office (SHPO) is currently accepting proposals for speaker sessions for Preserve Minnesota, the 2023 Annual Statewide Historic Preservation Conference. Proposals are due March 3, 2023.
5. There are several vacancies on the State Historic Preservation Review Board beginning in 2023. Those interested can apply on the Minnesota Secretary of State website
6. The Northfield HPC is joining as a member to the National Alliance on Preservation Commissions. Resources will be sent to commissioner email addresses.
