Action Requested:
The Planning Commission is asked to review the final concept plan for Bridge Square.
Summary Report:
Bridge Square stakeholder input is being solicited for Round 2 - Final Concept Input. The final concept plan, video, and survey is live and located as a hyperlink in the attachments.
There are three questions requesting feedback on the Final Concept:
1. Please share a few items you like about the plan:
2. Are there any items you feel are missing from the plan?
3. Any additional comments you would like the City to consider?
There are two ways to approach gathering comments from the Planning Commission (PC):
1. each board/commission member can watch the final concept video and fill the survey with the lens of their respective board/commission
2. or the board/commission can watch the final concept video and brainstorm or form a subcommittee to answer the three questions and the board/commission can pass a motion with the board official response at their next meeting.
Comments are due March 17, so if approach #2 were utilized, then the PC would approve the official response at their meeting on March 17 and staff could submit the response on behalf of the board.
If approach #2 is chosen a subcommittee should be selected at the meeting. Staff and the subcommittee would then figure out a time to meet.
