Consider Resolution Approving Maintenance responsibility for the proposed TH 19 Trail Improvement Project related to the Transportation Alternatives Grant Solicitation.
BODY
Action Requested:
The Northfield City Council approves the attached Resolution assuming maintenance responsibilities for the TH 19 Trail Improvements Project.
Summary Report:
The City of Northfield is requesting funding for the 2026 Construction year from the Transportation Alternatives Grant Program. As part of the Grant Application, a Resolution agreeing to maintenance of the installed facility must be submitted with the application.

Alternative Options:
Council could elect not to approve this resolution; however, the grant application would be incomplete.
Financial Impacts:
Normal maintenance costs can be assumed for this trail segment.
