Northfield Heritage Preservation Commission 2021 Annual Report.

Action Requested:
The HPC is requested to review and give feedback on the annual report to be submitted to the MN State Historic Preservation Office (SHPO).
Summary Report:
As a certified local government (CLG), the Northfield HPC is required to submit an annual report to SHPO. The draft report is attached for review. Chair Evans has reviewed this document once prior to the HPC meeting.

Tentative Timeline:
Staff will make changes proposed by the HPC and then submit the report to SHPO. The report is due at the end of October. Staff missed the deadline and has added preventative measures to meet the deadline in coming years.
