The Planning Commission is asked to conduct a public hearing to gather input on the requested preliminary plat for Kraewood Addition from Rebound Real Estate.
Summary Report:
Rebound Real Estate has applied for a preliminary plat for Kraewood Addition. Consideration of a recommendation by the Planning Commission to City Council is scheduled following the public hearing.
Public hearing notices were mailed to property owners within 350’ of PID 2236125002, 2236150010, & 2236150002 on July 1, 2021. A copy of the public hearing mailing and location map are attached. The public hearing notice was published in the Northfield News on Wednesday, June 30, 2021.
