BACKGROUND:
Staff has been negotiating the terms of the purchase agreement with Three Rivers Community Action for the property contribution to the Spring Creek II project. Staff will be providing information on the status of the purchase agreement.
Staff will provide confidential materials separately for the HRA to consider.
