Summary Report:
Please see the attached transmittal memo from Craig Rapp, facilitator for the strategic plan, for information related to Tuesday's meeting.
Attached are the draft outcomes, key outcome indicators and performance targets that were documented following the Strategic Planning Session #3 on March 30th.
The updated draft Strategic Plan Summary will be provided in a supplemental memo on Monday, April 12th.
Following the April 13th meeting, the facilitator will meet with staff on final integration issues including development of action plans, vertical and horizontal coordination, and project timelines for incorporation into a final summary report that the facilitator will be developing.
The Strategic Plan for 2021-2024 is scheduled for final summary report review and adoption of the plan (summary page) on May 4th.
