•                     CAC Preliminary Plat, Hillcrest Village, has been recommended for approval to Council by the Planning Commission, and the preliminary plat goes to Council for approval on April 6th

•                     Two conditional use permits for a community solar garden will be coming forward to Planning Commission on April 15th

•                     Council continues to work on updating the Strategic Plan

•                     Continuing to facilitate the final steps of Spring Creek Townhomes 2nd Addition

•                     Discuss timeline and next steps for local heritage site designation for the Northfield Depot
