We are the state’s civil rights enforcement agency and envision a world where everyone can lead lives full of dignity and joy.
Our Department protects the civil rights of Minnesotans through the Minnesota Human Rights Act, one of the strongest civil rights laws in the country, to ensure Minnesotans can live free from discrimination.
Commissioner Lucero will join the HRC for a conversation to learn about the work of the Northfield HRC, the opportunities and challenges to advancing civil rights, equity, and inclusion. She will also share updates on the work of MDHR.
