Action Requested:
The Northfield City Council considers a Motion approving the Extension of and Fifth Amendment to Northfield Community Resource Center Management Services (NCRC) Agreement.
Summary Report:
Attached is the current NCRC Agreement between the City of Northfield and the NCRC Corporation members. The existing agreement has been extended the last four years (2017-2020) and is scheduled to expire at the end of this year.
FiftyNorth is in Phase II of their facility planning and needs study. Due to COVID, this study has taken longer to complete and should be wrapping up late December or in early 2021. The School District has vacated the building, and existing tenants have expanded into some of those spaces. The NCRC Corporation is continuing to lease out the remaining available space.
Staff is recommending an extension with NCRC Corporation for management services of the building.
