BACKGROUND:
The City has a rental licensing program, which is administered by Community Development Department/Inspections staff. To maximize effectiveness and efficiency of the program, the City hired WSB to help identify improvements to the program, policies and procedures and to prepare documents necessary to implement improvements.
The HRA is sponsoring the cost consultant services for this project.
WSB will provide a brief update on the project to date.
