The Northfield City Council receive the report from the Northfield Historical Society.
Summary Report:
Cathy Osterman, Northfield Historical Society, will provide a mid-year report (copy attached) on the Northfield Historical Society activities and projects. The current contract with the Northfield Historical Society is attached and expires on December 31, 2020.

Financial Impacts:
The 3-year contract provides for funding of $29,000/year.
The second installment payment of $14,500 will be authorized for payment after completion of the report in accordance with Exhibit 3 Schedule of Fees in the contract.
