SUMMARY AND ACTION REQUESTED:
The Housing & Redevelopment Authority (HRA) to discuss the possible purchase of land for future development.
BACKGROUND:
The City has been in contact with the owner of a parcel of land near Highway 3 north of the downtown area. The parcel is one of two different parcels under consideration of the City for a new park.
ANALYSIS:
Due to the lack of details, the HRA will not go into closed session to discuss a purchase. The purpose of the discussion is to determine the level of interest in purchasing the land for future development
RECOMMENDATION:
No recommendations at this time.
