NB: This time does include the regular HPC business meeting; the quicker we resolve regular HPC business, the more time we have for the work session.
Discussion time limits are guidelines.
1. Report from Chair about discussions with City staff and time commitments (15 minutes)
a. Level of preservation law familiarity required for HPC
2. Review of action plan

i. We need to continue to be guided by the yearly calendar
b. Recalibrate 2020 priorities (30 minutes)
i. What resources do we need to achieve our goals?
c. Update 2019 HPC Action Plan with 2020 priorities/changes
3. What worked/what didn’t for HPC meeting in last six months
a. Chair will be further tightening meetings according to Robert’s Rules (recording meetings).
i. Need to keep discussion exactly on topic for each agenda item
b. Should we turn Shadowing reports to a two-minute spoken summary in Reports and Discussion Items? (5 minutes) - we need to continue our shadowing practice!
c. Open discussion on improving HPC meetings/agenda (20 minutes)
4. Discussion of St Olaf neighborhood actions in Westside (5 minutes)
5. Update on Northstar Hotel (5 minutes) - if needed
6. Possible properties for local designation (20 minutes)
7. 2020/2021 Conference potential (10 minutes)
