Approve the 2020 Heritage Preservation Commission Meeting Schedule

SUMMARY AND ACTION REQUESTED:
The Heritage Preservation Commission (HPC) is requested to approve the attached meeting schedule for 2020. If commissioners have known conflicts with the proposed dates, this is the appropriate time to make changes to the schedule to ensure a quorum for meetings.
Unforeseen circumstances and emergencies aside, commissioners are expected to attend each meeting. If personal conflicts arise throughout the year, commissioners are expected to communicate to the Staff Liaison in writing at least ten days prior to that month’s meeting. The City publishes an official upcoming meeting list the Wednesday of the week before the meeting. Residents and applicants depend on this notice and the online schedule of meetings to plan their attendance at meetings.
