Contented Cottage Bed & Breakfast Micro-Grant Report

Summary:
Per EDA Micro-Grant requirements, recipients of EDA financing are required to report to the EDA board prior to the end of the year in which the Grant was approved or by the end of the next calendar year.
Contented Cottage, LLC received a $5,000 Micro-Grant from the EDA on May 23, 2019. Representative from Contented Cottage were unable to attend the EDA Meeting. However, Steve Bolduc, owner of Contented Cottage, has provided a brief report on the use of EDA funds and the status of the business.
EDA Board members are welcome to ask questions. However, if further inquiries are requested, staff asks board members to schedule a time to discuss in more detail.
