FiftyNorth presented to Council on November 19 regarding Phase II of their facility planning and needs study.  That work will carry out through 2020.  In addition, the School District will be vacating portions of the NCRC building in August of 2020 when Community Education and Recreation relocate.  With all of these changes, staff is recommending an extension with NCRC Corporation for management services of the building.
