Environmental Quality Commission considers a motion to change its regular meeting days.

Action Requested:
The Northfield Environmental Quality Commission (EQC) is to discuss a motion to change the day of the month that its regular meetings take place. Currently, the EQC meets on the second Thursday of each month at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers. Going forward, the City’s staff liaison will be transitioning from Justin Wagner to Beth Kallestad, City’s Program Coordinator, beginning at the November, 2019 EQC meeting. Beth is unable to make the second Thursday of the month work as she is also the staff liaison for the Human Rights Commission that meets the same night.
Staff is recommending that the EQC consider a motion to change the day of the regular meetings to either the first or third Wednesday of the month at 7:00 p.m. starting with the November EQC meeting.
