Update from Socio-Economic Committee - Strong & Starlike Consultant work

SUMMARY AND ACTION REQUESTED:
The Socio-Economic Committee and staff will provide a brief update to the EDA Board on the progress made by Strong & Starlike Consulting.
BACKGROUND:
The Socio-Economic Committee and staff have been working with the consultant to realize the initial intent of the RFP sent out in May. The consultant is accomplishing significant work as was presented to the Socio-Economic Committee on July 24. Attached to the report are the minutes from staff meetings as well as the consultant presentation from July 24.
The consultant fully intends to present a final report at the October EDA Meeting.
