The Planning Commission holds a public hearing on the Conditional Use Permit application and takes public testimony.
Summary Report:
The Planning Commission is being asked to hold a public hearing on an application for a Conditional Use Permit allowing a bank to have a drive-through at The Crossing. The purpose of this hearing is to allow for public comment regarding the project and the findings of the Planning Commission. The required 10-day notice for the hearing was published in the Northfield News and notices were sent to property owners within 350 feet of the project.
