Summary Report:
Greg Siems, Executive Director of the Northfield Downtown Development Corporation (NDDC), and Board Members Kathleen Holmes and Dan Bergeson will give a 2018 year-end report and update as required in the City of Northfield Contract for Services.
A 2018 financial report is provided in the attachments along with a presentation that will be delivered by NDDC Representatives. A copy of the approved contract (attachment 3) is included in the background materials for reference as well.
