Summary Report:
Assistant City Attorney Robert Scott with Flaherty & Hood will be presenting a summary of the statutory proceedings related to incorporating as a municipality as it relates to the Bridgewater Township exploration of this topic.
City Administrator Martig and Mr. Scott will be discussing next steps as it relates to the City of Northfield’s interest in this matter and potential actions in response to the proceedings.
A presentation will be distributed as a supplemental memo in advance of the meeting.
