Joint Meeting between EDA and Riverwalk Market Fair Board of Directors

SUMMARY:
The EDA will be hosting a joint meeting with the Riverwalk Market Fair Board of Directors on Wednesday, April 17, 2019 starting at 12:00 PM in City Hall Council Chambers. The agenda for the meeting is attached to this report, and the current contract is also attached for EDA Board member review.
The purpose of this joint meeting is to discuss the purpose of EDA involvement in the Riverwalk Market Fair (RWMF), the goals and objectives of the RWMF for 2019 and 2020, and to discuss the frequency of reporting to the EDA Board by RWMF leadership.
This meeting is not intended to negotiate any changes to the current contract. This meeting is an opportunity for the EDA to provide clear direction to the RWMF Board on expectations of the current and future contracts.
