The Planning Commission discusses a potential work plan for 2019.
Summary Report:
There are a lot of plans and projects underway in the City of Northfield. The Planning Commission will be involved in many of them in some way. Staff recommends we take a look at several lists of potential projects and start the process of prioritizing for action.

• Strategic Plan report
• Notes from Commissioner Heisler on Strategic Plan
It should be noted that staff anticipates an active workload in 2019. Currently, we expect to have at least three LDC text amendments, three multi-family housing projects, two CUPs, and land subdivision activity. Other projects are expected to develop throughout the year as well. Given the current amount of activity going on in the community and City, it is likely the PC will have full agendas for the foreseeable future.
Timeline:
The PC may want to revisit this item next month.
