Staff has been in discussions with Beth Kallestad, University of Minnesota Extension Educator - Leadership & Civic Engagement about an opportunity to partner with them on a training program as one strategy to work toward our HRC #1 Strategic Priority to Increase Diversity of Northfield’s Boards and Commissions.
Attached is the HRC Strategic Priority summary along with a rough draft of the University Extension outline to the training idea. Beth plans on a 5-10 minute explanation and then she would welcome feedback on the program idea, possible participants and level of involvement the HRC may be interested in.
