Action Requested:                     

The Northfield City Council is presented with the draft of the Pedestrian, Bike and Trail System Update Recommendations from Toole Design.

 

Summary Report:

The recommendations will be on the alignment of the Mill Towns Trail, Safe Routes to School for Arcadia Charter and Northfield High School, walking/biking gaps and deficiencies and an updated street chart table.

                     Minnesota Department of Natural Resource agreements related to pre-design and design of Mill Towns Trail in Northfield.
