The Northfield City Council is being asked to hold a public hearing for On-sale Intoxicating and Sunday Liquor Licenses for 5th & Division Street Partners LLC, dba Reunion, located at 501-505 Division Str. S., Northfield.
Summary Report:
5th & Division Street Partners LLC, dba Reunion, has applied for On-sale Intoxicating and Sunday Liquor Licenses for 501-505 Division Str. S., Northfield. Staff will meet with the applicant prior to issuing the license to review the premises and related liquor license requirements. Consideration of approval of the liquor licenses is scheduled following the public hearing. The applicant anticipates opening in April.
Public hearing notices were mailed to property owners within 350’ of 501-505 Division Str. S. on February 1, 2019. A copy of the public hearing notice (attachment 1) and map (attachment 2) are attached. The public hearing notice was also published in the Northfield News on Wednesday, February 6, 2019.
