Consider Approving the 2019-2023 Capital Equipment Plan (CEP).

Action Requested:
The Northfield City Council approves the attached resolution adopting the 2019-2023 Capital Equipment Plan (CEP).
Summary Report:
Attached is the Summary of the Capital Equipment Plan. The CEP is a planning tool the City uses to track larger pieces of equipment. The 2019 scheduled equipment replacement is included in the budget for each of the indicated funds. Many of the 2019 purchases will come back to Council for approval due to the purchasing and bid requirements set by our purchasing policy.
A full copy of the CEP organized by funding source is included as Attachment 2.
Financial Impacts:
The CEP is tied to the 2019 budget.
Tentative Timelines:
The CEP will preferably be passed in December to correspond with our 2019 budget.
