The Northfield City Council consider approving the attached Resolution adopting the Assignment of the Charter Cable Franchise to Spectrum Mid-America, LLC.
Summary Report:
Charter has requested the City's approval of the transfer of control of Charter from Charter Cable Partners, LLC to Spectrum Mid-America, LLC. The City is provided with a period of one hundred twenty (120) days to examine the qualifications of the proposed transferee - Spectrum.
Alternative Options:
If one hundred twenty (120) days pass without action by the City, the Application is deemed granted.
