The Northfield City Council approves reimbursement of costs for the lodging on July 25 & 26, 2018 for Council Member Nakasian for attendance at the Coalition of Greater Minnesota Cities Conference July 25-27, 2018 in the amount of $216.60.
Summary Report:
The City Council is being asked to approve reimbursement costs for lodging while attending the Coalition of Greater Minnesota Cities Conference in Mankato July 25 & 26, 2018.
City Council Motion M2012-022, adopted on February 6, 2012, requires that all City Council expenditures in excess of $500 in a calendar year are to be brought to the Council for approval. Expenditures and encumbered funds to-date are $2,899.
Financial Impacts:
The requested reimbursement for expenses is $216.60. The Mayor/Council conference, travel & training budget has funds to cover the above costs as noted below:
