The City has launched a Climate Action Plan Community Survey that will assisting in the development on the CAP.  The survey is available electronically on the City website and paper copies will be distributed to the Library and Fifty North.

The City requested proposals from consultants to prepare the CAP.  The City received responses from three of the nine consultants solicited.   Staff and members of the CAPAB are reviewing the proposals and will identify a recommended consulting firm to prepare the CAP (Proposals are Attached).  The consultants will be brought to the City Council for approval after review and recommendation from the committee.  Phase 1 will begin with the collection of data and Phase 2 will begin in 2019, which includes the bulk of the work in preparing the plan.
