There will be a brief presentation recognizing KYMN Radio’s 50th Anniversary.
Summary Report:
On September 2, 1968, KYMN Radio went on air in Northfield. KYMN Radio has served the Northfield community for 50 years. The City Council will have a brief presentation and under the consent agenda is being asked to approve a proclamation to congratulate and recognize KYMN for their 50 years in business in the Northfield community.
This request is in conformance with the City of Northfield Rules of Business & Meeting Rules (see page 6):
Council Recognition of Citizens/Groups/Events
Proclamations will be in the form of a resolution and submitted to the council for consideration and approval.
Individual Council Members may recognize citizens or groups during the presentations portion of the Council agenda.
