Action Requested:                     

The Northfield City Council consider a motion to approve the Permanent Drainage and Easement Agreement with Strobel and Werner Real Estate Holding Company, LLC.

 

Summary Report:

Strobel and Werner Real Estate Holding Company, LLC has agreed to enter into a permanent drainage and easement agreement for the City pond that is now incorporated in the recent land transaction for their expansion project.

 

Public Works Director/City Engineer David Bennett has worked through the engineering with the Developer’s engineer. City Attorney Chris Hood has drafted the attached agreement. Closing on the land is contingent upon a permanent drainage and easement agreement being approved by the Buyer and the City.
