Fall EDA Retreat Discussion

SUMMARY:
The Northfield EDA will hold a retreat on Thursday, October 11 starting at 11:30 am until 3:00 pm at the Northfield Library. Staff is presenting the following topics at the retreat:
• Review and Analysis of the current EDA 2018 Work Plan
• Preparation of the EDA 2019 Work Plan
• Review of the redevelopment history of the “Q-Block”
Staff requests that the EDA Board provide any additional items for discussion to be sent to staff no later than end of day Wednesday, October 3.
