Riverside Park Pickle Ball Court Update

Action Requested:
The Northfield Park and Recreation Advisory Board approves adding 4 pickle ball courts to the 2020 CIP.
Summary Report:
Staff was asked to get pricing on building 4 pickle ball courts at Riverside Park. To build the 4 courts it would be $85,000 - $100,000. The existing courts would be removed and the new courts would be built in this location. The new courts would be positioned running north and south with fencing around the perimeter.
Financial Impacts:
The Park Fund would be used to pay for the pickle ball courts.
$100,000 would be budgeted in 2020 for the courts.

Build spring of 2020
