Action Requested:
The Northfield City Council receive the report from the Northfield Historical Society.
Summary Report:
Cathy Osterman, Northfield Historical Society, will provide a mid-year report (copy attached) on the Northfield Historical Society activities and proposed projects and activities for the coming year. The current contract with the Northfield Historical Society is attached and expires on December 31, 2020.

Financial Impacts:
The 3-year contract provides for funding of $29,000/year.
The second installment payment of $14,500 will be authorized for payment after completion of the report in accordance with Exhibit 3 Schedule of Fees in the contract.
