Summary Report:
Staff is preparing a presentation on the Strategic Plan (2018-2020): Strategic Targets recommended. Some are still in draft form. We will be sending those as a supplemental memo. We are requesting a discussion on these for potentially progressing for action by the Council or alternatively we could explore other ideas as may be suggested during the discussion.
City Administrator Martig and staff will be presenting at the meeting.
