Action Requested:
The Northfield City Council is being asked to hold a public hearing for On-sale Intoxicating and Sunday Liquor Licenses for Northfield Hotel Properties LLC located at 114 Second Str. W., Northfield.
Summary Report:
Northfield Hotel Properties LLC, dba Fairfield Inn & Suites Northfield, has applied for On-sale Intoxicating and Sunday Liquor Licenses for 114 Second Str. W., Northfield. Staff will be meeting with the applicant on Monday, June 4 to review the premises and related liquor license requirements. Consideration of approval of the liquor licenses is scheduled following the public hearing. The applicant anticipates opening in early August.
Public hearing notices were mailed to property owners within 350’ of 114 Second Str. W. on May 17, 2018. A copy of the public hearing notice and map are attached (attachment 1 & 2). The public hearing notice was also published in the Northfield News on Wednesday, May 23, 2018.
