Action Requested:
The Northfield City Council approves the attached Resolution - Approving NCRC Senior Center Roof Repair Project Plans and Specifications and Authorizing Bids.
Summary Report:
Plans and specifications have been finalized for the repair of the Senior Center Roof. The plans are attached (Attachment 2). This work will consist of a full tear off the existing asphalt shingle roof, new ice and water barrier, and modifications for venting over the pool. The full construction documents will be available in the City Engineering Department for reference and viewing.
It is anticipated that the roof repair work will begin in the August of 2018. The project process is attached.

None recommended.
Financial Impacts:
City Council authorized project funding per Resolution 2018-011. Through the design, staff does not anticipate any changes from what has been previously authorized.
