Summary Report:
Staff has completed an update to the “Riverfront enhancement” strategic initiative within our new “Clearpoint” software management system for our strategic plan. We are working with our vendor to assist on preparing the report summary for this item. Staff will have the ability to complete these reports in-house in the future. We are still implementing the new system and gaining a full capacity to utilize our new system.
Staff is preparing a presentation giving an update on some of the projects being explored for council review. Additionally, we will be seeking feedback on the proposed process to explore this strategic initiative further as well as other projects to explore with this initiative.
