Summary Report:
Staff has completed an initial update of the Strategic Plan (2018-2020) Action Plan within the new “Clearpoint” software this week following recently completed additional training. We are currently working with the vendor on assisting the development of reports related to the updates. Staff has had limited experience with the reporting but as we move forward we will have our own capacity to prepare these internally.
We are anticipating a supplemental memo with the reports will be distributed on Monday for the Council review.
City Administrator Martig will be completing a summary presentation of the Quarter 1, 2018 Strategic Plan.
