The Northfield City Council approves reimbursement of costs for the registration, lodging, transportation and miscellaneous expenses for Council Member Nakasian to attend the National League of Cities City Summit Conference November 7 - 11, 2018 in the estimated amount of $2,800.
Summary Report:
The City Council is being asked to approve reimbursement costs for attendance at the National League of Cities City Summit Conference in Los Angeles November 7 - 11, 2018. Information regarding the conferences can be found on the NLC website: <https://citysummit.nlc.org/>.
City Council Motion M2012-022, adopted on February 6, 2012, requires that all City Council expenditures in excess of $500 in a calendar year are to be brought to the Council for approval. Expenditures to-date are $99.
Financial Impacts:
The estimated conference expenses are $870. The Mayor/Council conference, travel & training budget has funds to cover the above costs as noted below:
