Update on the City of Northfield’s Emerald Ash Borer Policy

The Northfield Environmental Quality Commission receives an update on the Emerald Ash Borer (EAB) Policy.
Summary Report:
On July 13, 2017, the Environmental Quality Commission approved the EAB Policy to then be approved by the City Council. On October 10, 2017, staff discussed the policy with the City Council. Currently, the EAB Policy will go through the budgeting process to determine funding for the policy and the policy will be adopted once funding is determined.
