SUMMARY AND ACTION REQUESTED:
Representatives from the new Reunion restaurant in the old Reub ‘N Stein have requested an informational meeting with the HPC.
BACKGROUND:
Demolition of the interior of 501/503/505 Division Street South is nearly complete. Approval of a Certificate of Appropriateness from the Historic Preservation Commission will be required prior to building permit approval for this project. The developers have questions on signage, lighting and façade changes. This meeting will include a Q&A session to help the developer prepare the Certificate of Appropriateness application.
