Action Requested:
The Northfield City Council approves the attached Resolution - Approving Fire Station Expansion and Remodel Plans and Specifications and Authorizing Advertisement for Bids.
Summary Report:
Plans and specifications have been finalized in conformance with past guidelines previously approved by the City Council.
This resolution also includes moving from a Construction Manager as Agent form of construction management to a General Contractor bid.
City Administrator Martig and Architect Dave Medin will be presenting a summary of the plans and specifications at the meeting as well as going over the bid schedule and process as outlined in the attached timeline.
